The firm

A specialist advisor to the operators behind measurement, control, and compliance.

Industrious Foundry was founded to bring senior, operator-grade counsel to the management teams of small and middle-market industrial and technology-enabled businesses. We work where measurement, control, and compliance are non-discretionary — sensors and optics, connectivity and monitoring, automation and inspection, test reagents and consumables, industrial and laboratory software, and reliability and TICC services.

Our engagements are partner-led and narrow by design. We do a small number of things, and we do them with the rigor and discretion of the leadership teams we work alongside.

Industrious Foundry is an independent advisory firm affiliated with Industrious Equity Partners, a private investment firm focused on the industrial economy. The Foundry is staffed and governed independently and operates under its own engagement, conflicts, and confidentiality standards.

The connection matters in one direction only: it gives us access to a network of seasoned operators, sector experts, and former CEOs that few independent firms our size can match.
